Eileen Virginia Taylor Vance, 59 of Follansbee, WV passed away August 16, 2012 at Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH. She was born September 23, 1952 in Wheeling, WV to the late Franklin and Virginia Reineke Taylor and also Sandra Joan Taylor who raised her.

She was an employee of the Cigna Health Care as a Health Service Specialist, and she was a member of the Victory Promise Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her infant brother Franklin Joseph Taylor. She is survived by her husband Garnet “Gary” Vance, two daughters Angela Faye Vance and Miranda Joy Debnar both of Follansbee, WV, five brothers Lee Richard Taylor of Moundsville, WV, Joseph William, Robert Franklin, Edward Samuel and Timothy Taylor all of Wheeling, WV two sisters Patricia Ann Taylor of Wheeling, WV and Cindy Joe Taylor of Bridgeport, OH, a grandchild Isaiah Debnar.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 20, 2012 from 2p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV with Bishop Albert Mitchem officiating
